FAQ
What is a page?
One rendered page or one spreadsheet sheet, whichever is larger for billing. A 12-page PDF is 12 pages. An xlsx with 4 sheets is 4 pages. Image-only scans count as one page per image.
Do failed jobs count?
Service errors do not bill. Unsupported files after retries do. A 422 after three attempts is a billed page. A 500 from Cupelin is credited automatically on the next invoice.
Annual?
Foundry and Private fire offer 15% for annual prepay. Assay stays $149 each month. Toggle annual above to see Foundry at $672 and Private fire at $4,080 per month, billed once a year.
How do I start paying today?
Use Start Assay or Start Foundry. A workspace is queued and Rahul sends a live key from [email protected]. Private fire uses the published $4,800 floor. Write [email protected] if you need a custom residency map on top of that floor.
